- Condition: Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged or altered after delivery will not be eligible for a return.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@ultragripsocks.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item at no additional cost.
International Returns
Returns from international orders follow the same process. However, customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.
